The Role of Government in Safeguarding the Health of NFL Players

Question: Write an essay on the Role of Government in Safeguarding the Health of NFL Players? Answer: Abstract The investigator has brought a reflection that assesses ideas of safeguarding the health of NFL players by the government. In this essay, the investigator has entertained ideas through a formal judgment in making the rationale and purpose of the topic effective. The investigator has made following statements to see what personal experiences the experiences and special qualities have developed in this research. The research idea brings an effective area that considers a learning module of National Football League (NFL) players. The treaty would bring the good result of NFL players to assess their positions on the development process. In this essay, the investigator has made an effort to bring this prestigious game among spectators. NFL is a professional football league that is played between 32 major teams. NFL has followed a regression to develop players if they are not associated with any diseases or any trauma. This particular project develops the research through a purpose on how government policies would safeguard the players of NFL. Moreover, the rationale initiates that NFL and concussion liability would hold major individual franchises if the former would be responsible for sustaining multiple concussions (Munro France, 2011). NFL is also liable if the quality is perceived through education, diagnosis, and treatment of players. Hence, the major area the investigator wants to learn from the project would assess on future assumptions to educate and handle the players with proper care. The role-played in this project will be to act as an investigator. However, the target audiences are the spectators who come to see the matches between different teams of NFL (Mandelstam Mandelstam, 2013). In this topic, the investigator's role will be to see if investment policies would bring good effect on changing roles of NFL. The investigator has initiated that examining the NFL methods lead to major head injuries of players taking participation in the football league. The investigator would analyze through proper approaches that head injuries would be recovered through prevention, diagnosis, and treatment (Caprio Bacchetta, 2013). The personal experience gained by the investigator in this topic brings an evaluation to gain evidence of NFL league by making players fit for every match played. It is seen that the former players of NFL have been associated with health issues like Dementia, chronic traumatic encephalopathy, trouble in concentrating on work and other events that are fatal. It also has caused many players to commit suicide sometimes. The investigator has brought some qualities that will make it effective. It appears that NFL players have possessed a degree, which has m ade to perform their ability to win matches relatively. However, the motivation of these players will develop NFL better in future. Playing football has been a sensation seen from the early days. The launch of NFL has brought culture among people to see teams playing with each other. This brings excitement among them to see their favorite team on a winning note (Frster, 2013). Thus, the investment, experience, and special qualities that have been brought in this research by the investigator would generalize through questions asked. This explains that NFL and other franchisees are responsible for making concussions on current and former players. It is frequently asked that what preventive measures would be taken to minimize the risks for NFL players. Thus, this could be answered by taking necessary measures by the government to diagnose the players or treating the players through proper medical benefits (Munro France, 2011). The investigator has analyzed the topic through a research-based idea in making it effective. This would develop the topic by finding a solution to make this research empirical. Critically, it is reflected that NFL players have sustained concussions while playing the game. This has made a controversy between players and their families regarding the management terms. The deterioration of former players has compensated damages for suffering. The research seeks to safeguard the players of NFL that are injured or not fit for playing. Hence, the catalyst that makes the topic evident on the public eye would rationalize if the government would improvise techniques that would be sustainable (Frster, 2013). On the other side, the explanation of the topic clearly suggests that what precautions would be taken that would safeguard the NFL players. This assumption gives a feedback that former players of NFL have been under health problems. They were not given proper medical treatment. Thus, playi ng matches they are injured. Nowadays, the current players of NFL are given with proper health support and medications by the government. Hence, there would be less possibility of head injuries or other chronic diseases. The issue highlighted by the investigator would be to assess the future precautions that are implemented in NFL (Caprio Bacchetta, 2013). This will be specific if football leagues are handled with proper evaluation and proper medical benefits. Therefore, the hypothesis in this research would be to see if doctors are educating, diagnosing and treating the players with proper care to make fit for very matches in NFL.
